The \u2018meek\u2019 are those who \u2018submit themselves purposefully to God\u2019s standards of belief and behavior\u2019 and who live gentle and quiet and non-threatening, non-disruptive lives.
\nAnd Jesus said that such people will wind up \u2018inheriting the earth\u2019.
\nThe truth is that such people generally wind up inheriting anything that they are part of.
\n* The meek husband\/wife submits to God\u2019s standard of respect for spouse and harmony in the home and does not engage in fighting and quarrelling. His\/her wife\/husband really cannot find a bad thing to say about him\/her. He\/She is a delight to live with.<\/p>\n
